Issued patents 9,591,114 B2 and 10,079,932 B2 in the United States, and Australian patent number 2014284290.  Patent number 6522603 in Japan.  Patents pending in Canada, and in all 38 countries covered by the European Patent Office.

Ergonomically Shaped

The Arc is comfortable to carry even in configurations with exceptional interior volume and thickness.  There’s plenty of room for a 10,000 milliamp-hour battery.   And there’s room for earbud compartments that charge your ‘buds when you’re not using them.

Greater length means better antennae.  The bottom half of the handset can hold a large 5G beamforming antenna array—far from the head and brain of the user.  You’ll pass your SAR test with flying colors.

Today’s “slab” phones—even the phablets—have small, minimal-functionality keyboards.  The Arc has a wider, more-comfortable keyboard that includes all the symbols that you want at your fingertips.  A delete button and a back button, and enough display-screen area that corrections become easy.

Big stereo speakers.  It’s a mini boombox, so you can share music with your friends.

The rounded corner of the upper screen fits into your ear when you talk on the phone.  You’ll hear better, and be able to speak privately because you speak into the handset rather than past the bottom of the handset.

The Arc is easy to carry, unlike other phablets.  It fits securely and comfortably in your back pocket, even when you’re seated.  It’s more rugged than any phone with an ugly, bulky Otter Box, because the main screens are fully enclosed by the case.  Even the camera lenses and message/selfie screen are protected by a concave curve.

You’ve always needed a second screen to study a spreadsheet or a 3D model while you write about it.  Or to look at Maps or restaurant reviews while you send messages to your friends, on a much-more-capable keyboard.
